Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results, oversee daily store operations, and lead talent development. They are responsible for opening/closing routines, floor styling, inventory management, staffing, scheduling, payroll, training, communication, and asset protection.
