Overview

Sanitation Worker – Overnight Shift.

Location:

Bay Shore, NY. Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Employment Type:

Full-Time / Overnight.

This role is critical for maintaining facility safety and cleanliness during off-peak hours.

• Facility Cleaning:
  Sweep, mop, and sanitize production areas, warehouses, and restrooms.
• Waste Management:
  Empty trash receptacles and transport waste/recycling to designated disposal areas.
• Equipment Care:
  Clean and sanitize machinery and industrial tools following strict safety protocols.
• Communication:
  Assist supervisors by translating instructions and safety guidelines for Spanish-speaking team members.
• Safety Compliance:
  Handle cleaning chemicals safely and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Stamina:
  Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Lifting:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability:
  Dependable transportation to Bay Shore for overnight shifts.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in sanitation, janitorial work, or warehouse maintenance is preferred but not required.

Shift: Overnight (10:30 PM – 8:00 AM).

No Degree Required.
