- Assist in the preparation of ingredients (chopping vegetables, measuring spices, and preparing proteins) according to traditional recipes.
- Work on a high-speed production line to assemble, wrap, or package items like dumplings, spring rolls, noodles, or sauces.
- Visually inspect products and packaging to ensure they meet our "gold standard" for quality and appearance.
- Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to strict food safety guidelines (HACCP/SQF) to ensure every bite is safe for our customers.
- Help operate and monitor basic food processing machinery.
- Work in a smoke-free environment.
- Wear steel-toe shoes.
- Stand for 7 hours at a time.
