Salary: $58,000 - $65,000 per year

Shift: Second

Work hours: 2 PM - 10 PM

Education: No Degree Required

• Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PMs) on production equipment, including conveyors, freezers, mixers, wrappers, and packaging machinery.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and execute effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems, including motors, motor control centers, VFDs, and basic PLC functions.
• Execute repairs and maintenance on utility systems, such as compressed air, steam, and refrigeration units.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to complete repairs and modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with USDA, OSHA, and company safety and food safety (HACCP/SQF) standards.
• Fabricate and weld minor parts and structures as needed.
