PCA $19.65 - $21.32 per hour HIRING FOR Multiple Locations!
Accord Care seeks a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for part‑time duty at multiple locations. The position offers a self‑determined schedule and competitive hourly pay.
Schedule- 12‑hour day shift (7 am–7 pm), 12‑hour night shift (7 pm–7 am)
- Alternate 8 am–8 pm, 8 pm–8 am shifts as required
- Monday‑Friday availability required
- Weekend availability preferred
- Self‑determined scheduling with shift preferences
- Differentials available based on sites
- Hiring for multiple locations
$19.65 – $21.32 per hour
Care Delivery Responsibilities- Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily tasks
- Perform basic health care services, including monitoring and recording vital signs
- Provide light housekeeping for patient homes
- Free personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Caregiver appreciation days and year‑end awards
- Paid orientation and weekly pay

- Transition to HHA for free, with optional training
- PCA certification (required)
