Job Description
We are a fast-paced, creative event production company specializing in everything from immersive photo ops and arcade games to inflatables, VR, crafts, carnivals, casino, and full-scale event production. We are currently seeking a hands-on, reliable, and versatile Warehouse Associate & Event Equipment Technician to join our team.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our operations team, working both in our warehouse and onsite s position involves equipment maintenance and fabrication, warehouse organization, truck driving and logistics, and event setup and breakdown. You will play a key role in ensuring our gear is in top shape, our warehouse runs smoothly, and our clients receive exceptional experiences.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Inspect, clean, and perform light repairs on rental equipment upon return
• Build and fabricate custom equipment using materials such as wood, acrylic, and aluminum
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Load and unload trucks with event equipment (requires heavy lifting)
• Drive non-CDL box trucks (up to 26') for deliveries, pickups, and event logistics
• Set up and tear down equipment onsite at events
• Provide on-site support during events, overseeing equipment and ensuring functionality
• Follow safety protocols and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Work minimum 40 hours per week

• Prior experience in warehouse, events, construction, or fabrication preferred
• Comfortable with physical labor and heavy lifting
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive non-CDL box trucks
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Forklift experience a plus
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-player attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings as needed. Additional weekend hours available and encouraged
