Fast paced, family oriented personal injury law firm seeks Bilingual (SPANISH) Receptionist / Medical Records Assistant for a FULL-TIME position.
Responsibilities- Greeting clients and visitors; answering and routing telephone calls; scheduling client appointments and legal diaries; scanning, photocopying, faxing, and e-mailing documents.
- Drafting correspondence; providing Spanish translation; and requesting and filing medical records.
- Split duties between receptionist tasks and medical record administration, supporting the legal secretaries, paralegals, and attorneys.
- Ability to multitask; punctual, hardworking, and detail oriented; excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive); competent computer literacy.
Hourly pay rate is adjusted after 6 months to ensure fair compensation for the duties and responsibilities taken on, and is reviewed again after 1 year as more duties are assumed. After 1 year, 401(k) with matching is provided.
