Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities- Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department, supporting operational goals and monitoring performance and profit objectives.
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with management regarding any concerns with attention to guest satisfaction.
- Produce menu items as listed in each restaurant, following all prep lists, and ensuring kitchens are stocked and ready for service.
- Support compliance to departmental budgets and maintain cost control methods by monitoring consistent pars and inventory.
- Enthusiastically promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with company standards and programs.
- Assist with maintaining quality assurance procedures and ensuring acceptable health department and customer service standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance within area of authority and report potential issues to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Experienced in supervising staff and managing restaurant operations.
- Strong knowledge of menu production, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory standards.
