DescriptionResponsible for preparing and cooking items. Assists the Sous Chef/Manager in the production of the daily menu or prep list. Assists in managing schedules and inventory control.
Essential Job Functions- Excellent internal/external guest service.
- Cooks or prepares food assigned from daily menu plan.
- Follows recipes given consistently.
- Maintains cleanliness of assigned area in accordance with health codes and regulations.
- Understands all job responsibilities of staff during assigned shift.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
High School or better.
