Under the direction of the Guest Room Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for providing support to all activities associated with the cleanliness of all rooms within the Hotel.

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and SSC and departmental policies and procedures;
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees;
• Clean, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, polish furniture, floors and fixtures, change bedding and towels within room;
• Pick up and disposes of trash and refuse;
• Operates all electric and non-electric equipment;
• Provide quality customer service to patrons/guests and performs work with minimal supervision;
• Stay abreast of current trends and practices within area of responsibility and communicate pertinent information to management, peers as appropriate;
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times;
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility;
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations;
• Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High School or better.
