DescriptionResponsible for performing quality VIP guest transactions and service. Assisting hosts with their events, comp issuing, and various other assignments.
Essential Job Functions- Exemplary guest service;
- Great interpersonal skills;
- Issue complimentary services consistent with company guidelines;
- Update a guest’s account with current information as necessary;
- Participate in telemarketing and direct mail campaigns targeting guest for VIP event invitations;
- Utilizes Konami, Maestro and HMS player tracking database for tracking events;
- Represent Casino at special events, both in-house and out;
- Strong computer skills; including but not limited to Excel and Word;
- Assist hosts in issuing comps; organizing events, and general administrative duties;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
