Physician - Hospital Medicine - Bay St. Louis, MS

Ochsner Health in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi is seeking a Physician to join our hospitalist team. BC/BE Internal Medicine. This position would be for full-time day shift.

The Mississippi Gulf Coast, has beautiful southern communities known for its diverse attractions including art, seafood, fishing, beaches and festivals. Located between the world-renowned attractions of Louisiana and the Alabama Coast.

7 on 7 off block schedule with flexibility

Dedicated nocturnists cover nights

Solo MD on shift with 1 APP

Average census of 12-14 patients

Open ICU but procedures are not required but you do ICU rounding.

E-ICU intensivist support with open ICUs at the community hospitals

EPIC medical record system with remote access capabilities

Dedicated RN

Co-hosts of the annual Southern Hospital Medicine Conference

We are a medical school in partnership with the University of Queensland providing clinical training to third and fourth year students.
