Assisting accounts payable staff with any accounts payable functions and staff accountants with any general ledger function.
- Responsible for processing vendor invoices and check requests;
- Verifying completeness of supporting documentation for invoices and checks;
- Properly processing credits and returns of merchandise;
- Assist in handling related inquiries and disputes as they relate to accounts;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
