What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching services
  • Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • A proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles within a telecommunications environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to customers
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
