As a Reconstruction Estimator
, you will take the reins after mitigation, managing estimating and reconstruction for a variety of projects. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on our operations.

• Create precise and comprehensive estimates utilizing Xactimate and Symbility following mitigation and content restoration efforts.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and documentation from the estimate phase to project closeout.
• Work collaboratively with mitigation teams and clients to facilitate seamless transitions into reconstruction.
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners, business owners, and insurance representatives.
• Uphold a high standard of client service and professionalism in every interaction.
• Engage with the company culture through participation in team initiatives, including quarterly meetings and community service events.

• 1-3+ years of experience in restoration estimating or project management (minimum of 1 year preferred).
• Strong familiarity with Xactimate and Symbility software.
• IICRC certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle multiple estimates/projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently without the need for micromanagement.
• Excellent communication skills with strong emotional intelligence.
• Professional demeanor with clients; our company sets a high standard for professionalism

• Experience in both residential and commercial reconstruction (projects $100K+ preferred).
