The Doubletree Hotel in Bay City is seeking a qualified individual to join our maintenance team on a full-time or part-time basis. The responsibilities include daily maintenance of the building, exterior, and equipment. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical work, painting, wallpapering, pool maintenance, HVAC systems, exterior maintenance, landscaping, and excellent people skills.

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical work, painting, wallpapering, pool maintenance, HVAC systems, exterior maintenance, and landscaping.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical dexterity and the ability to lift heavy objects.

• Perform daily maintenance tasks on the building, exterior, and equipment.
• Conduct basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs as needed.
• Paint and wallpaper various areas within the hotel.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the pool.
• Ensure HVAC systems are operating effectively.
• Take care of exterior maintenance tasks such as landscaping.
• Interact with hotel guests and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
