The Doubletree Hotel in Bay City is seeking a qualified individual to join our maintenance team. This is a full-time or part-time position.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the building, exterior, and equipment on a daily basis
- Performing basic plumbing, minor electrical work, painting, wallpapering, and pool maintenance
- Handling HVAC and exterior maintenance tasks
- Managing landscaping and demonstrating good people skills
