Our Nursing Assistants are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that are key in helping our clinical team recognize potential medical issues.

We rely on CNAs as a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.

You will earn up to $24.90 per hour on 2nd shift!

• $17.50 - $20.00 per hour base wages (based on years of certification)

• 8‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time or part‑time positions available
• All shifts available

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide: bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Record nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.

• Completed an approved Nurse Assistant training program with current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan (MUST BE CNA CERTIFIED!).
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
