RN Registered Nurse – $40.55 an hour – Nex Care Well Bridge Senior Living

Our Registered Nurses are part of a skilled nursing team that provides specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. Assess needs and implement care as needed using the latest technology and interdisciplinary teamwork.

• Base wage: $40.55 per hour

• 12‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time
• Days or nights available

• Perform a variety of treatments, including IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans and patient condition
• Provide preventive and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our daily interactions with guests, families and visitors
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team – give direction, assignments, training and contribute to recognition and evaluations

• Current RN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher
• High analytical ability for personalized care plans, effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and problem‑solving
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
