Water Technician – The Winery at Manzanita Key Responsibilities

• Professionally represent Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity.
• Point person and first responder for every emergency loss.
• Establish and record the scope of work to be accomplished.
• Coordinate and supervise work on Emergency Water Services (extraction, drying plans, and project documentation).
• Coordinate and supervise work on Emergency Fire/Smoke Services (deodorization, pack‑outs, board‑ups, and securing structure).
• Coordinate and supervise work on Mold Remediation (including demolition and cleaning).
• Coordinate and supervise work in the preparation and cleaning of carpets and furniture upholstery.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and expendables (including maintaining MSDS sheets).
• Communicate with management and customers.
• Perform on‑call rotation as needed.
• Complete jobs successfully and obtain certificate of completion.
• Be able to climb a ladder.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Be able to work in confined spaces.
• Be able to work around a variety of chemicals without adverse reaction or sensitivity.

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Valid driver’s license and current driving record issued by DMV.
