Job Description
Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Harvest Assistants to work in their facility about a 20-30 minute drive North of Bay City, MI. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. You have a positive attitude, work ethic and are very attentive to details. This is a great opportunity if you're looking to get your foot in the door of an exciting cannabis company, as top performers have the opportunity to be hired on permanent.

Unique Shift on 2-week repeating cycle:

Week 1:
Mon-Wed - 6:30am - 5:30pm, Thu-Fri - 6:30am - 3:30pm, Sat-Sun - OFF

Week 2:
Mon-Tue - OFF, Wed-Sat - 6:30am - 5:30pm, Sun - OFF

Your duties could include takedown, defanning / deleafing, and cleanup.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in the State of Michigan
• Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 8 hours/day
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with your hands
• Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to take direction
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
• Ability to arrive on time
• Willingness to comply with OSHA regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

-2+ months of cannabis harvest experience

Pay Rate: $14/hour
