COTA – Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team full-time. At Hampton our therapists are employees of the facility. We value the input and direction that our therapists bring as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. We work together for the best of the patients. The ideal Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is motivated by serving the elderly population and provides the dynamic of balancing both restoration and compensation therapy techniques in order to return our patients functional levels to the best of their potential.
Our facility has a large gym and newer equipment complete with ACP modality suites along with clinical support.
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is responsible for delivery of skilled therapy under the direction of a registered occupational therapist. Duties include treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation and communication. In services to facility staff as needed. Occupational Therapy services are delivered under the directions of physicians orders.

Certified Occupational Therapist Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid State License for being a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
