This is a full-time, on-site position for an Electrical Estimator based in Bay City, MI. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, reviewing project specifications, and analyzing project drawings. This role involves collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and engineers, managing budgets, and ensuring cost-effective solutions. The Electrical Estimator will also support project planning and provide input on feasibility and cost efficiency throughout all phases of the project.

• Proficiency in Electrical Estimating and Cost Control techniques
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Contracting and Electricity principles
• Understanding of Electrical Engineering fundamentals
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and time‑management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in relevant estimation software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the construction or electrical contracting industry is a plus
