Summary
My Michigan Health Park Bay has a for a full Family Medicine Physician to join an established team in Bay City. The state-of-the-art facility was designed with community and provider input to be a highly patent-focused healing environment.
ResponsibilitiesAll aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.
- Call 1:10 with nurse triage line support
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
- Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency

CompensationBase salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan. Benefits include:
