This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Customer Service Representative located in the Bay City. The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to both existing and prospective clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling phone and in‑person inquiries, processing policy changes, assisting with claims, and maintaining customer records. This role requires a customer‑focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a team environment to deliver high‑quality service.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and fostering positive Customer Experience
- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and build long‑lasting relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Proficiency in handling detailed customer records and ensuring accurate data management
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to customer needs
- Previous experience in an insurance or customer‑facing role is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in customer service is a bonus
