Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Representative for the Baxter, MN Costco location with Direct Demo LLC. Compensation starts at $22–$25 per hour plus performance and sales bonuses. This is a full‑time, immediate‑start position.

Seeking positive, energetic, and sales‑focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors! This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena. Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our new products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ
10, and various Turmeric products.

Starting at $22–$25 per hour plus commission based on surpassing sales quotas. Weekly W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly direct deposit payroll. Promotional kit provided. Average brand ambassadors earn $200–$300 per day with top performers earning $500+ per day. Bonus payout comes from the product range available in Costco.

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Maintain availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
• Lift up to 20 pounds, including a 2’ x 4’ folding table, and carry demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from the store.
• Stand for up to 7 hours per shift and work independently as the only team member per location.

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills, including email.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work independently without direct supervision.

Availability for demo hours: 10 am–5:30 pm, all days (weekends are best commission days). Must be able to stand for 7 hours and work independently. Applicants must provide a current resume and answer all screening questions. Learn more about us at:  and
