Join to apply for the On-Demand role s position offers a flexible schedule and requires engagement to pick up shifts via the myTime app. You will attend a Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term training schedule before you begin shift work.

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment, and store cleanliness. Knowledge of in-store and digital services and solutions to drive adoption and guest loyalty. Deliver quick, friendly service at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while maintaining high quality.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs; know tools, products, and services available.
• Explain Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment; familiarize with fulfillment services and direct guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
• Explain and assist with Target Wallet and Target App features.
• Handle returns following policies and escalate to leaders as needed.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience following Target policies.
• Provide easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Operate with safety, ethics, and compliance; report hazards.
• Support guest services such as OPU and Drive-up orders, including compliance with adult beverage laws where applicable.
• Assist with Cash Office processes as needed.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Enjoy helping guests and working with team members in a fast-moving environment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities; ability to educate guests about products and services.
• Capable of handling cash operations and basic store equipment; comfortable with handheld scanners and technology.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
