About this opportunity:
The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. The leader maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment and is on their feet while clocked in, unless on break. When not busy, they evaluate what tasks need to be completed and assist others.

• Follow Chipotle’s policies and procedures and perform principal responsibilities including: serving great tasting, high quality food and resolving food quality issues
• Support food safety, including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist and related policies and procedures
• Resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew
• Assist with Crew performance reviews
• Develop future Service Leaders
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies is available as needed

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Knowledge and experience with cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• High school diploma
• Restaurant experience

Base pay range: $18.55–$20.65 per hour. This position is eligible for digital tips. Actual base pay may vary based on skill level, experience, and/or education. For details, visit
