Office Manager

Lakeland Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Office Manager

With strong administrative skills and a commitment to exceptional client service, you’ll oversee front desk operations, manage communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day workflows. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize will help maintain efficiency, support our staff, and deliver a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

4-day work week, with one day off during the week. No weekends.

$18-$28 per hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.

• Lead weekly CSR staff trainings
• Lead weekly CSR team meetings
• Collaborate in twice-monthly team lead meetings
• Understand that this position is structured as ~50% on the floor and ~50% management
• Ability to demonstrate full alignment with the hospital’s goals, standards, and leadership direction at all times
• Conduct consistent one-on-one meetings with each team member to ensure they feel valued, supported, and heard.
• Maintain a strictly professional and solution-focused attitude
• Ability to provide timely coaching and corrective guidance when performance issues arise

Our well-established, AAHA‑Accredited Hospital is proud to have Dr. Deb Piepgras, DVM, as our Medical Director. Lakeland Veterinary Hospital maintains a higher standard for veterinary service, and therefore opted to participate in the accreditation process, and adopt the standards of the AAHA to ensure we are offering the most technologically advanced and safe methods for veterinary medicine. Our practice has proudly been AAHA‑accredited since 1999.

We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including Preventive Care, Diagnostics, Dental Care, Surgery, Specialty Services, Puppy & Kitten Care, and Senior Pet Care.
