Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Bethany LTC in Baxter, MN. This is a full-time evening/night position.

Roles are within a not-for-profit organization with a Christian environment, dedicated to housing and services for seniors.

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams (including providers) to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Provide care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment; coordinate care and resident education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their job descriptions and competency levels.
• Provide guidance and support to delegates to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care and resolve care concerns.
• Practice within the Nursing Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state, adhering to professional standards and the ANA Code of Ethics.

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA);
  Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state, with multistate licensure if in an NLC state; maintains required department competencies and certifications.
