Machine Operator

Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator in Maple Lake, MN. If you're looking for a hands-on role in a supportive, team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience) + $3,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Use power tools and measuring instruments to meet daily production goals
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Collaborate with teammates and help onboard new operators
• Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards
• Lift materials or products up to 50 lbs. as needed

What We're Looking For:

• At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow
