A community bank in Baxter, MN is seeking a motivated Mortgage Banker to drive residential mortgage loan origination. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients and referral sources, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Key responsibilities include loan origination, client management, and compliance documentation. Candidates should have a solid background in mortgage products and possess strong communication and sales skills.

A minimum of 2-5 years in mortgage origination is preferred, along with NMLS registration.
