A community bank in Baxter, MN is seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Banker to originate residential loans. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships and maintain a robust referral network. Responsibilities include guiding borrowers through the loan process, compliance management, and proactively seeking new lending opportunities. Preferred candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in mortgage origination and strong communication and sales skills.
