Mobile Automotive Technician

Overview

We are seeking a Mobile Automotive Technician to join our Team! A Mobile Automotive Technician primarily performs vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs at Guest/Customer chosen locations rather than in our shop. This individual will also positively communicate with Guests/Customers about repairs and maintain accurate and detailed service records. Qualified candidates must possess high attention to detail, high quality workmanship, effective communication, World Class Guest Service skills, and the ability to work independently and productively.

• Safely traveling to Guest/Customer sites to perform on-site repairs and maintenance.
• Performing thorough vehicle inspections and recommending services based upon results.
• Clearly explaining vehicle issues to Guests/Customers, making repair recommendations, and providing cost estimates/quotes.
• Performing services like oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
• Fixing or replacing faulty components, such as brake pads, sensors, or other worn parts.
• Tire inspections, tire rotates, and tire replacements.
• Accurately documenting all services performed, parts used, and any diagnostic information.
• Complying with all safety regulations and industry and company standards while working on vehicles.

Prior automotive experience is a plus, though it is not required. We have outstanding training opportunities available to those willing to grow. Candidates must be able to responsibly work on their own and passionate about working in the exciting Automotive industry!

The workdays for this position are Monday through Friday, with a rotational Saturday. Our facilities are always closed on Sunday, and on designated Holidays throughout the year.

The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $18.00 – $22.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
