Capstone Financial Group is a private investment planning and wealth management practice with multiple offices throughout the Midwest. We provide financial advisory, retirement planning, and investment services to clients. We are seeking an Investment Client Associate to support our continued growth in Baxter, MN!

This role requires an organized and energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate would be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, financial, and office support-related tasks. We are seeking someone well organized, who enjoys a busy workday and is outgoing. Applicants with a background in financial services or the brokerage industry will be given preference.

Candidates with banking, insurance, or office administration experience will also be considered.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Assisting a Financial Advisor in a branch location, providing top-tier service to clients.
  • Scheduling meetings, answering phone calls and emails, along with other general office tasks.
  • Opening new accounts, processing transfer requests and other documents as part of the client onboarding process.
  • Accepting client service requests, processing forms, entering transactions, tracking completion.
  • Generating reports to prepare for client review meetings.
  • Managing social media advertising, print marketing, seminars, and general communication for the branch.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality working with sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Performing complex administrative duties as directed or needed.
  • Utilizing various software programs to support business and client needs.
  • Managing multiple projects of a complex nature and prioritizing work to meet all required timelines.
  • Effectively and professionally communicating with all levels of the organization.
  • Displaying professionalism to create a positive first impression.
  • Performing other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
