Surbana Jurong is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Commissioning Engineer to support the execution of a major renewable energy project. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising commissioning activities for electrical, mechanical, and I&C systems to ensure systems meet design, safety, and performance requirements.

• Plan and execute commissioning activities for electrical, mechanical, and control systems on site.
• Review design documents, equipment datasheets, and vendor manuals to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and implement commissioning procedures, checklists, and schedules.
• Conduct pre‑commissioning inspections, functional tests, and system integration tests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Verify system performance against design parameters, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Document commissioning activities, prepare reports, and manage punch lists.
• Provide training and handover guidance to operations and maintenance teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in commissioning of renewable energy projects.
• Hands‑on experience with testing, instrumentation calibration, control system verification, and safety standards.

• Strong coordination and problem‑solving skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and procedures accurately.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
