We are seeking an enthusiastic, full‑time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team and help serve the fast‑expanding community of Woodland, WA.

Nestled at the gateway to Mt. St. Helens, Woodland offers year‑round recreational opportunities. We’re just 30 minutes north of Portland, Oregon and 45 minutes from the beautiful coastal beaches of both Washington and Oregon—making it the ideal blend of small‑town charm and big‑city accessibility.

Our purpose‑built, 4,000 sq. ft. facility (est. 2015) is modern, fully equipped, and designed for both patient comfort and medical excellence.

Equipment includes (but not limited to):

• Digital Radiography & Digital Dental Radiography
• Ultrasound with Doppler
• Endoscope
• Ellman Surgitron
• New IM3 Dental Machine
• Plumbed Oxygen and Gas Evacuation system
• Extensive In‑house Laboratory
• AI Scribe Software…and so much more! (Let us know what you desire and we will actively try to make that happen!)

• 14 dedicated team members, including licensed technicians and highly skilled assistants
• Minimal staff turnover – our culture is strong, supportive, and family‑oriented.
• Tailored medicine – doctors are empowered to practice in a way that best serves their patients and clients
• Opportunities in wellness, nutrition, urgent care, internal medicine, surgery and reproductive medicine (current special interest of one DVM, Reproductive medicine is not required)

Flexible Schedule, 4 day schedule for full‑time (lunch break and added schedule blocks for call backs and case research time), open to talk about part‑time if desired.

• No on‑call or after‑hours emergencies
• Closed Sundays & major holidays
• Limited number of cases/patients per day (average 12) – wellness and urgent care mix, 1‑2 days per week surgery if desired.
• Competitive Salary: $135,000 – $165,000 DOE

• Licensed in Washington
