• Average pay: $1,000-$1,100 weekly

• Sign-on bonus: $6,000 for experienced drivers; $3,000 for inexperienced drivers (paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year)
• Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving)
• Weekly performance pay
• Mileage incentive: potential to receive a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles
• Paid orientation
