Security Officer - Flex Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other policy violations.;
Observe customer and associate activity for unusual behavior, potential concealed merchandise, and/or disputes, and communicate concerns to store management and Allied Universal leadership as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, medical calls, and/or coordination with law enforcement when requested.;
Document patrols, incidents, and policy exceptions using written reports and/or electronic systems, and support investigations by preserving observations and relevant details.
