Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Position Summary:

Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team and help keep shelves stocked and the operation running smoothly. You’ll be on the front lines of customer service in the deli department and play a role in maintaining sanitary conditions and product readiness for our members.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr the actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. This range is provided by Sam's Club; speak with your recruiter to learn more.

• Maintain safety and follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Safely operate and clean freezer/cooler/deli areas; monitor temperature, assess conditions, and report issues.
• Receive, stock, and display merchandise; ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and rotated; sign and price merchandise as required.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area; conduct necessary audits and documentation.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, locate items, assist with purchasing decisions, and address questions or concerns.
• Follow company policies related to food handling, cold chain, and equipment sanitation.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with stocking and customer service is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios and think creatively to solve problems.
• Strong commitment to member satisfaction and teamwork.
