Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also assist members by helping them load their vehicles and supporting a great member experience. This role requires being on your feet and on the go in all conditions as our members count on you.

• Maintain a well-kept parking lot and assist members with purchases and cart retrieval
• Help members load their vehicles and provide a great member experience
• Perform duties in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing member satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed and answer member questions
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area

• Ensure club pickup orders are filled by notifying members when pickup is delayed or products are unavailable, and offer alternatives
• Ensure items are packaged according to company policies; assist with locating and organizing merchandise and carts/flatbeds
• Process member purchases and assist with payments according to policy; use cash registers as needed
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility; report unsafe situations
• Assist with transporting items and provide ongoing member service
