Quality Supervisor - Battle Creek Area

Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

• Supervise and train quality control personnel and technicians.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and monitoring of products and processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, update, and enforce quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate performance reports for management.
• Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and their implementation.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, PPAP, and 8D problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor quality inspection teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with supplier quality management and development
