Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Our client is looking for a hands‑on Quality Analyst to support day‑to‑day food safety and quality processes within a manufacturing facility. This role involves monitoring environmental conditions, supporting sanitation practices, reviewing documentation, and helping ensure products meet safety and quality standards. You’ll conduct routine checks throughout the facility, assist with risk assessments, and collaborate with other teams to maintain consistent compliance across shifts.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field preferred
- Experience with sanitation or environmental monitoring
- Ability to help prevent contamination and support sanitation compliance
- Familiarity with reviewing COAs and ensuring proper documentation
- 1–3 years of experience in food safety, sanitation, or quality in a production environment
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education but will vary from $25-30/hr benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
