CNA Nurse Assistant 2nd Shift

You will earn: $22.40 - $25.90 per hour (total compensation on 2nd or 3rd shift!)

• Base wage $19.00 - $21.50 per hour based on certification years — NEW RATES!
• $1.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans. Bathing and other activities of daily living, including skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, vital signs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by encouraging continued well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service, fostering a positive, healthy environment for guests, families and visitors.

• CNA or Nurse Aide certification required (current certification from the State of Michigan).
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and accomplishing tasks.

• 8‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Part‑time or full‑time shifts available.
• Second Shift (2nd or 3rd shift) options.
• Overtime after 8 hours; no mandatory overtime.
