Compensation & Schedule
8-hour shifts with extra weekend and hero pay (+$2 weekend differential + $3.40/hour hero pay). Full-Time: 2nd & 3rd Shifts | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
What You’ll Do- Deliver direct resident care in alignment with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments with accuracy and compassion
- Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure consistent quality care
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Current RN or LPN license
- Medication Administration and IV certification
- Strong understanding of state rules and regulations
- Reliable, team-focused, and a positive communicator
- Passionate about improving the lives of others
