Compensation

You will earn: $40.55 - $44.40 per hour! NEW RATES

• Base wages $35.15 - $39.00 per hour – rates based on years of certification
• + $2.00 per hour Shift Premium for 2nd or 3rd Shift
• + $3.40 per hour hero pay
• Yearly Wage Increases
• No overtime mandate – overtime after 8 hours

• 8‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full Time and Part Time – 1st Shift (Days) available

• A current license to practice as an RN Registered Nurse in Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or higher
• Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and implement effective nursing care
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• A team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
