• 2nd Shift – Full & Part Time
• Pay: $17.50/hour + $3.40/hour Hero Pay
• 8‑Hour Shifts
• 60‑Bed Facility

• Provide resident care according to individualized Care Plans
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
• Follow all infection control procedures
• Accurately document vitals and required information
• Immediately report any concern or violation of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
• Support residents and your care team with a positive, team‑focused attitude

• Completed CNA/STNA course and active state certification
• Strong communication skills
• A service‑driven mindset and eagerness to learn
• Positive, dependable attendance
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to quality care
