** JOB DESCRIPTION**##

Position Overview As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance in a fast-paced production environment. You will play a critical role in keeping equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.##

Key Responsibilities
* Perform preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance on production equipment
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems
* Support equipment changeovers and complete scheduled PMs
* Diagnose and resolve issues in a live production environment
* Perform quality checks to ensure equipment meets production standards
* Work closely with maintenance, production, and support teams to minimize downtime
* Complete all required training in compliance with Adient and customer standards## Qualifications & Experience
* High School Diploma or GED
* Requires at least 3 years of relevant field experience.
* Journeyman Card from the Department of Labor is a plus
* Prior experience as a Millwright, Electrician, or Machine Repair Technician in an automotive manufacturing environment
* Experience in automotive sheet metal stamping preferred
* Experience with large transfer and progressive dies is a plus
* Working knowledge of PLCs
* Able to work Second

Shift: 1:45 p.m. – 9:45 p.m.## ## Physical & Work Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
* Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with support personnel
