• Set the standard for cleanliness and organization in various settings; oversee a team of custodians to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and to high standards.
• Develop cleaning schedules and conduct regular inspections.
• Provide training to team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, addressing concerns or requests with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the team to identify innovative solutions to challenges that arise.

Expected schedule:
Sunday through Thursday, from 6 PM to 2 AM.
