Overview
Starting at $14.25. Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Housekeeper. The housekeeper supports the overall cleanliness of the Branch and residents’ apartments.
Benefits- Full-time employees are eligible for all benefits (medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products)
- Part-time employees (29 or fewer hours per week) are eligible for Voluntary Life, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Identity Protection, and Cyber Monitoring
- Benefit start date: on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment

- Pay available daily
- Maintain the Branch to a standard of excellence that reflects the quality of care provided to residents.
- Follow the housekeeping schedule and provide housekeeping assistance for emergency cleaning tasks.
- Prioritize and complete all maintenance tasks timely.
- Follow all chemical and physical plant safety procedures to ensure resident and staff safety.
- Ensure the housekeeping cart is clean, stocked and organized.
- Follow Bickford’s "10-Step Weekly Apartment Cleaning" process when cleaning resident apartments.
- Assist the maintenance coordinator in inventory and ordering of cleaning chemicals.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willing to take additional training or education as required by specific states
- CPR and First Aid certifications are required or willingness to obtain
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
